Ready-made houses for low-income nationals
Upon the directive of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ready-made houses will be delivered at Oud Al Mutainah area to 1000 low-income UAE citizens, widows , and divorced women from applicants registered with Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation.
Sheikh Mohammed has also approved the young people housing project at Al Barshaa area, which includes 1500 villas with a total cost of AED 2.7 billion to be completed within 39 months.
He also directed concerned authorities to allocate 1500 plots for housing to nationals who have the financial ability to build.
Sources from the Foundation said that the total cost of the housing program of Sheikh Mohammed is estimated at AED 9 billion.
Sheikh Mohammed toured the areas which accommodate the said projects, met with the people there, spoke and listened to them.
He assured them of providing houses that meet all sanitary requirements. (WAM)
