First-ever Global Real Estate Institute (GRI) Exhibition

The first-ever Global Real Estate Institute (GRI) Exhibition in the Middle East that will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel, Dubai Creek from 18th to 19th March, 2008, is expected to thrust Ras Al Khaimah’s (RAK) thriving property industry into international limelight. The Global Real Estate Institute in the UAE is being partnered by Rakeen, one of the most dynamic property developers and land master planners in Ras Al Khaimah.
Dr. Imad Haffar, Chief Operating Officer of Rakeen said, “Bringing together the expertise of well-established and high-profile real estate players from around the world, GRI provides a great opportunity to share and discuss ideas and insights.”

The real estate exhibition will showcase Rakeen’s international projects including those in Iran, India, Congo and Georgia. The real estate developer recently launched Bab Al Bahr, the Dh1.2 billion idyllic resort development, and has an illustrious portfolio of projects in the pipeline for Ras Al Khaimah, including Al Marjan Island, the first man-made island for the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, similar to the artificial islands off Dubai.
