Federal Bank representative office opened in Abu Dhabi
Federal Bank (FB), a leading private sector bank in India, has opened its first representative office in Abu Dhabi.
The office was inaugurated by Vayalar Ravi, Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs and by Federal Bank's Chairman M Venugopalan, at a ceremony attended by Dr Ali bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi, UAE Minister of Labour ,Talmiz Ahmed, Indian Ambassador ,Mohammed Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Governor, Central Bank of UAE, and leading businessmen Dr BR Shetty, Yusuffali MA and others. The representative office is expected to boost the services offered to NRIs and also help trade related transactions between Gulf and India. Source
