Dubai records $438.3m in land transactions
The total value of Dubai real estate deals reached $438.3 million and sales surpassed $178.7 million and total mortgage values during the period were $261.3 million, Gulf News reported.
In addition to this, 58 sale transactions were registered with the Land Department, the most valued of which being a patch of land off the Shaikh Zayed Road sold for $13.6 million.
