RTA Waives Parking Fees during New Year Holiday
Roads & Transport Authority (RTA) announced that motorists will be exempted from parking fees during New Year holiday which falls on Tuesday 1st January 2008.
The RTA decision to waive of parking fees, in the new year holiday, comes in line with the Strategy of the RTA to take part in community events, and reflects its efforts to provide every convenience to residents and visitors of the emirate during the holiday, in a manner that practically demonstrates the vision of the RTA to provide "Safe & Smooth Transport for All", and highlights the sense of responsibility assumed by the RTA towards residents of the emirate.
