Worldwide Property Show to begin today
A record 65 developers representing over 40 different countries will be participating at the 12th Worldwide Property Show at the Grand Dubai on November 1-3.
This consumer show, which is now the longest running property exhibition in the UAE, offers locals and expatriates the opportunity to compare developments and prices in the UAE and around the world.
Exhibitors will include leading developers and real estate agents from Brazil, England, Cyprus, Spain, Thailand, USA, Bulgaria, France, Gibraltar, Morocco, Portugal, Malaysia, Australia, Andorra, South Africa, Switzerland, Caribbean, Romania, Cape Verde, Turkey and the UAE.
George Betz Sales Director at organisers Dubai Shows said: "Investors will find a number of interesting new regions on display at this summers exhibition. We are particularly pleased to include developments and projects in Mexico and Argentina, who are participating for the first time in Dubai.
With the recent slump in residential home sales and the decline of the dollar, investors will also have a great opportunity to pick up some prime US real estate at bargain prices!"
Inter-Connect Worldwide who has just announced the creation of a $2.5 billion portfolio of luxury properties in key United States markets, will be exhibiting for the first time in Dubai. So far, the company has selected 29 prime properties from premier U.S. developers, including Trump Plaza Jersey City; The Setai New York; Trump Towers Atlanta; W Atlanta Downtown Hotel & Residences, and more.
Engel and Volkers will be selling 120 luxury 2 and 3 bedroomed apartments for $300,000 at the Black Mountain Golf Course, Hua Hin in Thailand set to host the Asian tour in 2008. Imagine Homes will be offering their popular guaranteed rental options in London and Birmingham while Mazaya, Silicon Gates, Cayan, Best Homes, Sherwoods International, Richland and Chapal World will all be promoting real estate in the UAE.
The show is open to the public on November1 from 17.30-21.00hrs and then over the weekend on Nov2 and Nov3 from 12.00-21.00hrs. Source
