No parking fee on Dec. 2-3
Users of public parking lots will be exempted from parking fees on December 2 and 3, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced yesterday.
Engineer Maitha bin Adai, CEO of RTA’s Traffic and Roads Agency, said the decision to exempt public parking users from fees during the National Day holiday will be applicable on Sunday and Monday. However, exemption does not cover Saturday, December 1, which is a normal working day.
Engineer Maitha urged public parking users not to misuse the parking spaces during the exemption period and cooperate with the RTA to enable visitors and residents of the emirate to benefit from the decision. Source
