Ramadan will continue until Friday

The amature astronomists insisted that Eid Al Fitr this year will fall on Saturday, the 13th October. The Amature Astronomist's guild at the Emirates Heritage Club has announced that the new moon will be born at early morning of 11th October ,Thursday and will set at 5.55pm in the evening, exactly five minutes before the sunset.

President of the Guild,Sakhar Abdullah Saif said that the moon will be below the horizon at the time of sunset, which means that it will be impossible to watch it with naked eyes. In spite of the moon's orbital birth on Thursday morning, its view becomes virtually impossible on the evening of the same day, leading to the month of Ramadan to continue until Friday. Source
