Ministry of Health : regulations for health advertisement

Medical Advertisement Department in the Ministry of Health issued a circular to all tourist and travel exhibition organizers ordering them to obtain permits form the Department before advertising for any medical or health tourist activities outside the country. The circular emphasized the necessity of applying for this permit a good time before the beginning of the activities as the conditions for obtaining the permit require some documents approved from the related authorities out side the UAE.Dr. Abdul Kareem Al Zaraouni , Director of Medical Advertisement Department referred to the ministerial decision regarding the regulation and licensing health advertisement in the country , assuring that this task falls under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and not any other agency.
