Damac unveils 90-storey tower

Damac Properties has announced the launch of Damac Heights, a 90-storey luxury residential tower in Dubai Marina overlooking the Palm Jumeirah.Hussain Sajwani, chairman of Damac Holding said the branded tower offers a ‘premier residential complex,’ and ‘the highest form of luxury that anybody can comprehend.’Designed by architects Aedas, the tower will house one, two and three bedroom apartments, plus exclusive penthouses and duplexes. Amenities include health clubs, swimming pools, nursery and day-care centres, a golf simulator and games room. Penthouse and duplex owners will enjoy a private yacht, cinema, personal gym and pool.
