Education Without Border starts tomorrow in Abu Dhabi

Under the patronage of President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the 4th edition of Education Without Borders conference will start tomorrow Sunday at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi city.The forthcoming event is one of the world's largest student-led conferences and will run from February 25 to 27 and bring together 1,000 high-achieving students and professionals from over 100 countries.The conference will be discussing about 50 papers on development of learning programmes through the use of modern technologies.Engaging the world's most innovative students and leaders of business, technology, education, and the humanitarian sector in a collaborative forum that culminates with commitment to action, the biennial international conference aims to create networks across cultures and engage students and experts from countries around the world in active dialogue about the globe's most pressing social challenges and empower them to create and implement solutions.The conference will feature 45 world-class speakers including Bengali Professor Muhammad Yunus - the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize Winner and "banker to the poor" who founded the Grameen Bank, Nobel Prize laureate in Physiology and Medicine Rita Levi-Montalcini and tech luminary Nicholas Negroponte chairman of One Laptop per Child.
