Abu Dhabi's business potential focus forum
The Abu Dhabi Economic Forum, which organisers say will show case the emirate's rapid economic expansion, kicks off on Monday.
Organised by the The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) and Al Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group, the two day event will be held at the Emirates Palace Hotel.
The forum will focus on Abu Dhabi's 'business vision' and will tackle all aspects of economic advancement currently underway, such as new projects, investment opportunities and the role being played by Abu Dhabi in the economic boom taking place across the country - and its contribution to boosting trade and investments in the region.
"The forum comes at a time when Abu Dhabi is standing as an excellent model for development and economic openness in the region, and is serving as a political and economic cornerstone in the fastest growing and most dynamic Arab country," said Engineer Salah Salem Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry, President of ADCCI.
Al Shamsi added that the forum will offer a unique opportunity to shed light on the ongoing economic boom in Abu Dhabi, and a chance for networking among movers and shakers in both the public and private sectors.
