Rugged spare parts for the Middle East at Automechanika Dubai

Automechanika Middle East, the largest aftermarket exhibition in the Middle East region, is about to open its doors to show the newest parts, accessories and garage equipment. For the first time, visitors will be able to view rugged spare parts from German manufacturer Meyle Products. The enhanced parts meet exactly the demands of the regional market concerning price and long-life quality, even under climate caused circumstances.

Quality, long service life and ease of installation are crucial properties for spare parts. Meyle Products, a brand of the German manufacturer Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG, offers ideal solutions in that regard that also meet the special requirements of the spare parts market in the Middle East. Appearing for the first time at Automechanika Middle East in Dubai, the manufacturer will be exhibiting quality spare parts for cars that share two special properties: they have exceptionally long service lives and are quick and easy to install. With products such as steering and suspension parts, rubber-metal parts, water pumps, brake components, belts, shock absorbers and a variety of other parts, Meyle offers a wide range of products and attractive value for money.

Cars are subject to unusual burdens in the Middle East: sand, gravel and extreme temperatures cause rubber components to become porous rapidly. Vehicles can also suffer from irregular maintenance, causing parts to fail prematurely. Meyle Products, a German manufacturer and vendor of spare parts for cars, offers optimal solutions to those challenges. At this year’s Automechanika Middle East, Meyle will be inviting potential customers in the Gulf region to judge the special quality of its HD parts for the first time. HD parts are direct replacements for parts from the vehicle manufacturer or OE vendor, yet are superior to those parts in terms of reliability and service life, making them an economical alternative.

To enhance the quality of its spare parts, a team of Meyle engineers analyzes the loads that contribute to the failure of the original part. Depending on their findings, the design is modified, the internal structure reinforced, better-quality material used, or rubber-metal components are redesigned.

Longer service life and ruggedness under extreme loads and climate conditions are further considerations when improving the parts. While the appearance of the products may vary in some cases, ease of installation is guaranteed.

Visitors will be able to view the improvements first-hand at the Meyle stand in the German Pavilion, where cross sections of the parts will be on display. “We have encountered a great deal of interest in our products here and therefore intend to increase our presence in the Middle East,” explains Christian Schwarz, Area Sales Manager at Meyle Products. “We also expect considerable interest from neighboring states at Automechanika in Dubai, as Meyle parts meet the demands of the region’s motorists by offering solid quality at a reasonable price.”

Meyle Products will be on show from the 1st to the 3rd of June 2008 in the German Pavilion in Hall 6, Stand AM 3220 in the Dubai International Exhibition Center of the Dubai World Trade Center.
