Injazat to establish Textura Middle East

Injazat Data Systems, the region's leading Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, has announced that it has established a strategic partnership with Textura Corporation, a US-based pioneer in online construction payment management, to set up Textura Middle East, a joint venture that will offer to the Middle East's booming construction industry the first-ever Internet-based project payment and invoicing project management solution.

Leveraging Injazat Data Systems' comprehensive IT infrastructure customer base, and Textura's world-class proprietary solutions, the joint venture will help industry players in the Middle East automate the exchange of construction project documents and payments, ensuring secure delivery of vital, real-time information to all project participants via a common database.

Commenting on the new company's significant role in supporting the growth of the industry, Ibrahim Mohamed Lari, CEO of Injazat Data Systems, said: "As more complex and ambitious projects are being undertaken, there is also an increasing need for industry players to focus internal resources and energy on highly demanding core responsibilities. Textura Middle East helps ease the workload on developers and other industry players by taking care of non-core operations through a user-friendly and highly reliable online payment management system."
