DIFC - Offices & Retail at Emirates Financial Towers
Emirates Financial Towers is an integrated office, residential and retail space development located at the heart of Dubai International Financial District (DIFC), near Emirates Towers and the upcoming world's tallest building, Burj Dubai, United Arab Emirates. EFT will include state of the art office space with design principles based on 21st century ergonomics and providing optimum efficiencies based on open plan lay-outs. The apartments will have premium finishing high-standard fixtures and equipment, providing a stunning view of Sheikh Zayed Road and DIFC. EFT consists of 26-storey twin towers, two (2) levels of retail podium and three (3) levels of basements. The development is made up of the two (2) towers rising above the podium in a dramatic elliptical form capped with sloping roofs. At level 16 a glass tubular Sky Bridge spans the two (2) towers creating a spectacular sight as it glows at night. It houses residential apartments which overlooks the skyline of Dubai and the beautifully landscaped garden at concourse level plus the alfresco dining or the swimming pool at level 15. Above the amenity floors are offices for the North Tower and residential apartments for the South tower. The North Tower is fully commercial except for level 15 and 16 while the South Tower has residential apartments, commercial office and retail component. On the eastern side of the plot boundary, the development abuts and connects directly to the DIFC Retail Mall, Truck and Service Tunnel which are currently under construction.
Extending to the existing DIFC retail spine, EFT offers more then 90,000 square feet of retail space positioned to high-end retailers servicing the DIFC community and beyond. The public areas simulate a promenade, with cascading water features, skylights and friendly sitting spaces. The elliptical profile of the twin towers will be a distinct addition to the already impressive Dubai skyline.
