Dubai Properties to develop $100bn worth of projects

Dubai Properties is set to develop $100bn worth of projects over the next 10 to 15 years. Speaking to MEED’s Construction Skills & Labour Resource Management Conference in Dubai on 12 March, Yaqoob al-Zarooni, deputy chief executive officer of Dubai Properties, said the company has planned AED400bn ($108bn) worth of projects.
