Alfred Nobel Exhibition to debut in Dubai on Sunday

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd announced its sponsorship of Alfred Nobel Exhibition for the next five years. The fair, which will debut next Sunday, will be opened by HE Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, minister of higher education and scientific research and chancellor of Higher Colleges of Technology, along with Princess Victoria, crown princess of Sweden, in Higher Colleges of Technology (Dubai Men's College).

Starting from Dubai, the exhibition will make its way world-over, C.W. Suh, CEO of Samsung Electronics Middle East and Africa said: "UAE is a perfect place to host this fair following the fast advancement it is witnessing and the extreme care it is giving to innovation and excellence. The fair is a chance for educated youth to communicate with a series of innovative achievements that laid down the groundwork of the modern human civilization. Ever since 1965, the company worked, along with its partners, on spreading awareness and introducing the Korean culture to the world.

Samsung brings the Nobel Fair to this region as part of this same effort." In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to experience innovations from Samsung Electronics. There will be four zones dedicated to state-of-the-art high definition solutions including, businesses, entertainment, audio visual (AV) solutions such as LCDs and home theatre systems, printers, and digital photo frames, digital cameras and camcorders, and the latest in mobile phone technology. Each of the zones is dedicated to showcasing Samsung's commitment to state-of-the-art digital innovations that inspire and add value to consumers' lives. WAM
