Foreign investors purchase Dhs3.5 bn worth of shares on DFM
Dubai Financial Market announced on Saturday that the value of shares and bonds bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (November 18 - November 22) reached Dhs3.527bn comprising 28.4% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached Dhs3.474bn comprising 27.9% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net foreign investment on the market reached Dhs53.1m during the same period, as aggregate buy.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached Dhs2.912bn comprising 23.4% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached Dhs2.856bn which constitutes 22.9% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
Net institutional investment on the market reached Dhs56.1m during the period as aggregate buy. Source
