The land bourse in Abu Dhabi saw last week total trade value of Dh 369 million of which 297 million were deals concerning the mortgage sector, according to a report issued Abu Dhabi Municipality.
The report said that sales stood at Dh 72.1 million. Transactions for residential, agricultural and commercial lands accounted for Dh 37.2 million for 21 properties, Dh 2.25 million for two lands, and Dh 33.27 million for four deals respectively.
Mohammed bin Zayed City excelled other parts in term of volume of sale transaction registering 7 deals while the Abu Dhabi island dominated the scene in value with deals worth Dh 29.1 million.
The highest sale deal was snapped by a residential property in Abu Dhabi Island at Dh 10.5 million while the highest mortgage transaction took place at Abu Dhabi Island for a commercial property worth Dh 66 million. Source
