Omniyat Properties scoops four highly prestigious Awards

Omniyat Properties, the UAE's leading futuristic real estate and property developer and a member of Omniyat Holdings, has received four awards in the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007, in association with Al Qudra Holding.
The full extent of this success will be revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah five-star hotel in Dubai on Tuesday, 23rd October 2007.
"The Pad", considered the foremost technologically advanced building in the world, was first revealed last year during Cityscape and generated huge interest and excitement from around the globe.
Winner in four categories of the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 - Best Developer, Best Development, Best Interior and Best Marketing - the futuristic tower is the first multiple award-winning development in the region.

"The Pad is a signature property that reflects the company's philosophy and vision of developing the most distinct, innovative and technologically advanced properties in the region," said Mehdi Amjad, President and CEO, Omniyat Properties.
"Receiving four awards for the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 and being nominated for a Best International award in two categories, cements our promise of "living the future" by setting new benchmarks through iconic projects in all development segments.
"Omniyat Properties is in the business of creating forward thinking and artistic master-pieces and we will continue to do so - we are revolutionising the way people interact with their surroundings at home and in the office." Entries to the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2007 were judged by a panel of professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is second to none and unsurpassed by any other property awards. Chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, this year's judges included Jonathan Price, president of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Omer Ghani, director of sales CNBC Arabiya, and Christopher Hall, immediate past president, National Association of Estate Agents.
"The fact we've earned four of these coveted awards proves that Omniyat Properties can not only compete, but also triumph, within the highly competitive Arabian property arena. Being nominated for an International award is an even further indication that we are considered serious players on the global field," continued Amjad.
"Having been given such high recommendation by our peers, we intend to display the entitled CNBC Arabian Property Awards' logo with pride. This symbol of excellence is recognised and appreciated by the public, who are becoming increasingly well-informed and discerning regarding the properties they seek to invest in and buy," he concluded.
Since its inception a year and half ago, Omniyat Properties has successfully launched five commercial towers and two residential projects with a value of over US $ 1.33 billion (4.9 billion).
Building on its momentum, this figure is set to rise to US$ 2.75 billion (AED 10 billion) by the end of 2007, making the company one of the region's fastest growing property developers and a formidable player in one of the most sought-after property hotspots in the world. Source
