Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the benefits under this promotion:

a. The reservation should be made during the promotion period

b. Amount of deposit and the first installment as per the terms of payment should bepaid in full strictly within the time period specified in the reservation form.

Terms & Conditions

1. “The Car” OR “the rebate in-lieu of the car” chosen by the buyer at the time of reservationshall be final and cannot be changed thereafter.

2. The rebate, if chosen, would be credited to the unit’s account after the eligibility criteria has been fulfilled.

3. The Developer reserves the right to extend or withdraw the promotion at any point of time, without notice.

4. The relevant models of the car shall be fitted with the standard configurations, as per the terms of the Scheme. Standard specifications of the above car model available for reference. Choice of colour is subject to availability.

5. All cars shall be delivered at the Showroom/Warehouse of the dealer (Mohamed YousefNaghi Motors) in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. All costs relating to the registration and insurance of the cars shall be borne by the buyer .

To register a vehicle in KSA, the person should hold a valid Saudi Residence Permit. A non resident can take delivery of vehicle for export only.

7. The Developer shall not entertain any request for:

a. Upgradation of the cars’ models or specifications thereof;

b. Delivery of cars outside Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

c. Cash in-lieu of the car. Such arrangements, if any, shall be a direct agreement between the Buyer and Mohamed Yousef Naghi Motors.

8. The Developer shall start dispatch of Certificates of Eligibility to buyers who met conditions of eligibility of promotion, from 1stNovember, 2007.

9. Delivery of cars is expected to start not earlier than February 2008 and completed by May 2008. subject to availability.

10. In case of any non-availability or discontinuation of the car models covered under the promotion and/or any substantial reconfiguration of the car resulting in substantial price variation, the Developer reserves a right to substitute the models of the cars with other make / model equivalent to the current configuration of the stated configuration of the car models covered in the promotion.

11. The promotion is applicable on sale on list prices only and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion/discount, if any.

12. In case the agreement of sale is terminated for any reason attributable to the Buyer, the costof the car/ rebate shall be reimbursable by the Buyer to the Developer in addition to the penalty provisions of the agreement of sale.
