Baseless Lawsuit - The Next Wrongly Motivated Provocation

An attorney from Lexington, U.S. has filed a lawsuit against member of Dubai Royal Family over the use of thousands of children to ride racing camels.
Two months after a federal judge in Miami dismissed a similar suit, saying the case didn't belong in an American court.
The latest suit from District Court in Lexington, again in the U.S., seeks damages from Sheik Hamdan bin Rashid al Maktoum, Emirates minister of finance, and unnamed others.
Attorney Elizabeth Seif of Lexington has asked a judge to grant class-action status for up to 10,000 children and their families who she says were illegally trafficked to serve as jockeys during camel races.
Dr. Habib Al Mulla, who represents the Royal family, issued a written statement in which he called the lawsuit baseless.
The lawsuits were brought under a two-century-old law known as the Alien Tort Statute, which allows foreigners to sue in U.S. courts in certain circumstances.
