UAE- Russian judicial cooperation

A second round of talks between the UAE and Russia on judicial cooperation was concluded yesterday .The two sides signed a draft agreement on a reciprocal judicial cooperation in criminal issues .The two sides agreed on holding an other round of talks in Abu Dhabi to complete discussion about other agreements . The UAE delegation was headed by Dr. Abdul Rahim Al Alawadhi, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for International Cooperation and Planning with members from the ministries of Justice , Interior and foreign affairs besides representatives from Dubai courts and the UAE Charge d'Affairs in Moscow, Musleh Al Ahbabi.Al Awadhi told that the agreement would be an important pillar in the cooperation between the two countries as it would help in fighting crimes and facilitating extradition process.
