Justice Ministry contemplates setting up specialised courts

Justice Minister, Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhahiri, has issued a ministerial decree setting up a task force, assigned to prepare a study on the setting up of specialised courts to meet the growing need of the country's economic and trade situation.The task force, is being headed by the director of the Justice Ministry's Judicial Inspection Department, Hussain Mohammed Al Jihazi.
