SCC discusses Social Services policy

The Sharjah Consultative Council SCC, discussed on Wednesday, at its 13th meeting of the second regular session of the fourth Legislative chapter, the policy of the Department of Social Affairs in the emirate.The meeting appreciated the activities of the Department in guaranteeing wellbeing for the weaker sections of the society including elder persons, widows, divorced women, orphans and people with special needs. The SCC praised the directives of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah regarding social care which are followed up by Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Sharjah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler.
