Special call centre to be set up for public

Chief of Dubai Police has instructed that a special call centre be set up dedicated to answer the public's queries.
Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim said the role of Dubai Police's community service department is receiving the public's complaints, listening to their suggestions and following up social cases.
He said a unified call centre must be set up in the Control and Command Room to answer various queries and listen to suggestions from the public round the clock, except for criminal and security queries.
Lieutenant General Dahi toured the department as part of the annual inspection of the community service department.
