Local developer Omniyat Properties has invited selected companies to express interest in the main contract for its Gemini tower project at Dubai's Business Bay.
The estimated AED500m ($136m) project involves the construction of a 20-storey tower with about 25,000 square metres of office space. The project manager is the local Hamilton Project Management.
In March Omniyat awarded the local/Australian Nasa Multiplex the estimated AED800m contract to build its Opus project at Business Bay. The total built-up area is 85,000 square metres. Completion is expected by early 2010. The architect is the London-based Zaha Hadid. MEED
