The Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) processed transactions of more than 75,000 passengers on a single day on January 4, registering a new record processing time at the Dubai International Airport (DIA).
Brigadier Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, Director of DNRD, said: “Last Friday, our passport control team at the DIA finalised 75,117 transactions, of which 35,684 arrived in the country while the remaining 39,433 departed. The highest score previously achieved was 68,000 passengers on a single day.” Source
