Cooperation and ways of sharing expertise between the Dubai Courts and the Ministry of Labour were discussed yesterday during a visit to the Dubai Courts by Labour Minister Dr Ali bin Abdullah Al Ka’abi.
During his visit, Dr Al Ka’abi met Dubai Courts Director-General Dr Ahmed Saeed bin Hazeem.
“The move is part of a plan aimed at benefiting from Dubai Courts’ pioneering experience in the judicial field, in general, and the electronic services, in particular. We believe that Dubai Courts have been distinguished from other courts in many ways thanks to the human resources which have excelled in the electronic processing of applications to provide best services to clients,” Dr Al Ka’abi said.
Dr. Bin Hazeem noted that Dubai Courts was willing to give all kinds of support to federal and government authorities in the UAE.
“We believe such support could promote relations with our strategic partners,” he said.
He added that the vision of the Dubai Courts was to be a pioneer in the judicial work field and the best way to realise that vision is to uphold and cooperate with all the partners.
The Dubai Courts chief stressed that the key point in the strategic plan of the Labour Court of First Instance is to promote the society’s confidence in the judicial system. Source
