Du, the UAE's new telecommunications company, has asked its subscribers to activate their roaming service before travelling abroad.Du offers international roaming services in more than 170 countries and has agreements with over 360 telecommunications providers overseas. Both monthly plan subscribers and pay-as-you-go customers can make use of the service, though monthly subscribers have to pay a deposit of Dh 2,000. Bill payment and recharging of pay-as-you-go accounts can also be undertaken from overseas, company officials said. Source
