Dubai Properties, a member of Dubai Holding, has geared up to hand over Jumeirah Beach Residence(JBR), the firm’s first freehold residential development and 7th project to be handed over since the year 2000. The first residential tower will be handed over to residents today, 28th March while the rest will be delivered over the next three months.
Dubai Properties has an investment portfolio of Dh350 billion with several freehold projects under development and over 50 real estate projects in different phases of construction for the leasing sector. These include mix-used master developments such as Business Bay, Culture Village, The Villa in Dubailand and Tijara Town. Dubai Properties also offers premium retail opportunities with The Walk at JBR and Bay Avenue at Business Bay.
