H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has inaugurated the phase I of the villa project being executed here in the Al Warqa area. The project, which is being executed by the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, consists of over 570 villas for distribution to UAE nationals in Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed toured the area of the project to have first hand information about the completed portion, which includes 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom villas built in a blend of Islamic-Andalusian and modern architectural designs.
