Dubai - the 10th most expencive city for office space

The real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield has rated Dubai as the 10th most expensive city in the world for office space.
Office space in Dubai's central district costs $79.93 per sqft, just behind the $81.93 per sqft paid in New York's midtown district. London's West End has the world's most expensive office space, with annual rent of $246.17 per sqft.
